3 weeks to go!

on Sun, 10/21/2012 - 20:42

Hi All!

Only 3 weeks to go until election day - but you can vote now!

Our ad is up at the Reel Deal Theater - and thank you to everyone who participated or supported in other ways - and has been for most of October. At the end of the ad, you can see there's a whole group of people standing with me - that part definitely makes the ad. The way the previews work at the theater (at least, the ad part) - the time the ad shows switches around all the time.

Fair Process

The County Council needs to represent all the residents of Los Alamos County – including those who are unable to show up in force at Council Meetings or deluge Council with emails. Families, in particular, have needs that are largely overlooked, from my perspective, in our current form of government -- because in part they are the least likely to show up and get their voices heard. Yet they are the contingency that most need attention from the Council to have their issues addressed for the long-term viability of the town and for the success of the Lab.

on Mon, 04/23/2012 - 18:18

Update from Kristin:

Our very talented Lynn Strauss accepted a full time job over the summer (at the very exciting New Mexico Consortium) and had to turn her attentions elsewhere. Thank you to Lynn for all your hard work and getting the campaign off to a great start!

I am proud and honored that Ryn Herrmann - and to those who know her, the incredible, talented, wise and energetic Ryn Herrmann - stepped up this summer to take over as Campaign Manager!  She is doing an excellent job!

Thank you Ryn!!

I am so fortunate to have so many wonderful and talented people helping in this campaign.
